You only pay for scrubs you keep. Wear them, wash them, and put them to work. If they’re not for you, request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price paid, including any original standard shipping charge. We provide a prepaid return label, with no restocking fee.

Need a different size? Your first size exchange requested within 30 days of delivery is free, including shipping both ways.

Our planned two-year program includes up to two eligible garment replacements with a purchased Scrub Set, or one with an individually purchased top or pair of pants. The allowance applies across the two-year period; it is not an annual allowance.

Tailored garments will not have an ordinary size exchange after alteration. McCoy corrects work outside the approved measurement specifications, and the normal construction warranty remains in effect.
